Our milk is sourced exclusively from pasture-fed, healthy cows grazing in clean highland pastures. We collect milk twice daily and transport it under continuous refrigeration to our state-of-the-art plant within hours of milking. We never add artificial thickeners, gelatin, or chemical preservatives.

Yes! Our fermented yoghurts and Mala undergo slow fermentation with active live cultures (Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium). These beneficial microorganisms naturally break down the majority of milk lactose into digestible lactic acid, making our cultured products gentle on digestion.

We enforce strict zero-tolerance testing protocols. Every milk tanker and collection batch is screened for antibiotic residues, aflatoxins, and bacteria at our farm collection centers and upon arrival at our intake bay before unloading. Any batch that fails is immediately isolated and rejected.

Bahati Dairies operates under strict ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) certification, and national standards bureau compliance.

Bahati Fresh Milk should always be refrigerated immediately at 2°C to 4°C. Avoid storing milk in refrigerator door shelves where temperature fluctuates most. For best flavor and nutritional vitality, consume within 3 days of opening.

Yes. Unopened Bahati UHT milk can be stored at ambient room temperature in a cool, dry pantry for up to 6 months. Once opened, the seal is broken and the carton must be refrigerated and consumed within 4 days.

We welcome individual dairy farmers and farmer cooperatives. To register, visit any of our regional Milk Collection Centers or submit an inquiry through our Farmers & Community portal. Our field extension team will visit your farm to conduct a hygiene inspection, provide milk cans, and enroll you in our bi-weekly direct payment system.
